BMW to Lighthouse: 8'54"
Lighthouse to BMW: 9'32"
BMW to Cape Grace: 3'42"

Meaning Time trial time of 18'32". This is in line with goal.
Recall, started running the timetrial in 20 mins, and wish to get to 16 mins by Oct 1.
That means in

Sept: =16'00"
