I've been totally unable to post recently. Work.
Anyway, the developments as I judge them are:

• 50% paddling attendance on average
• >1minute race times
• low levels of sporadic cross training

That said, we had a task last Saturday. We'd set 1'08 over the course in the wooden boats and the Amabele Belles had set 1'04, so optimism was not high going into the final.

However, the 'snappers really pulled finger and took the race with aggression last seen in Joburg in May.

This made me stiff. This concerns me as we have 12 weeks to the International.
